Currently, there are no other non-profits which specifically target this underfunded group of care givers. Under stressful conditions, these multifaceted men and women put themselves at risk providing attention and service to patients in all types of environments and situations. These RN’s who deliver care and emotional support to patients and their families, sacrifice their lives and frequently become ill and die. It is the duty of NCF to create a legacy for their sons and daughters by contributing to their educational hopes and dreams.
